this puppet is such a fucking nightmare! every problem it could throw up it does, and now i've put all the elements together he's looking too fat so i've gotta strip out the legs and reduce the hip and chest sizes. nightmare, but he'

Hey! This looks like its going to be one amazing puppet. I have been trying to think up a way of getting the buntaku style of movement with just one puppeteer but haven't had much success at the moment so am really interested to see what you come up with. Looking forward to the result.

Hey Peter, Thanks for getting in touch, are you familiar with the Kuruma Ningyo puppetry School? Kuruma Ningyo, or cart puppets, are traditional one man Bunraku puppets, might be of use to you. if not, keep checking back, i'm making progress!
